An air handling unit VRF AHU-kit system had to be designed to dissipate high heat loads with strongly varying air volume flows over time. The task of the same system is to maintain the overpressure in the hall in order to keep the technology clean. The task was to limit the temperature of the supply air in order to achieve adequate comfort in the living zone.

Challenge

In the case of air handling AHU kit systems, the suction limit of the condenser in the supply air was reached by preheating the return air, where Panasonic AHU kit systems were also used.

Solutions & Tech Applied

The desired technological parameters are met by the system thanks to the unique automation. The significant heat load generated during the production of semiconductors and electronic components is removed with the help of the Panasonic systems detailed earlier, and the air space in the hall is under constant control and meets the technological requirements.
