NB Klima

Rehabilitation project of the old Floral Factory, in a Luxury Hotel, in the riverside area of the Douro River. A highly versatile and efficient solution was intended to allow the decoupling of floor-by-floor systems. The solution would have to be "user-friendly" with compact indoor units because of the low ceilings.

Challenge

Find equipment that was adequate to the imposed limitations of noise, given the historical and natural surroundings of the building in question. The indoor units had to be very low profile and low noise, because of the height limitation. Equipment easy to integrate with the other equipment present in the hotel.

Solutions & Tech Applied

Super silent equipment, comparing with equipment (exterior and interior) in other units of the group, and the brand has already been invited to new hotel units. Positive opinions from both users and the maintenance team, with good reviews from internet users. It will be a layout for the new projects of this hotel group (Largest Portuguese hotel group, with more than 100 hotels worldwide).
