Challenge
It has been a challenge to combine the food shop with the creative culinary space and to install all the necessary elements so that, once the shop is open, the culinary creators have everything they need in terms of equipment and facilities and can delight their customers with varied, tasty and healthy food.
Solutions & Tech Applied
The nanoe X air purification system was chosen. This ensures a cleaner and healthy air supply. The Panasonic AC Smart Cloud system was also installed. This facilitates the complete control of the installations, enables data to be collected on the current equipment status to avoid breakdowns, and optimises costs. Thanks to AC SMART CLOUD, it has been possible to make 5 adjustments that have automatically reduced energy consumption: - Automatic backflow at a set temperature - Automatic unattended shutdown – Adjustment of the set temperature limit - Energy saving timer/efficient operation setting - Demand/peak control settings/peak shutoff settings.
