VAV type air-conditioning, central air, reversible air/water heat pump chiller (ECO-i W from PANASONIC) heating and cooling production, micro-perforated metal ducting, high induction, installation of multifunction volumetric blowers with significant variable flow, determining the comfort level by adjusting air speeds

Challenge

The choice of air-conditioning systems allowed us to anticipate the RE2020 regulations and in particular the GES emissions requirement threshold related to energy consumption. Request from the city Mayor: HEQ design, renewable energy, and maximum comfort. The covered tennis court, having a ceiling height of 7m, could be problematic in regard to its heating production while being energy economic. We had to integrate a renewable energy,  the photovoltaic solar solution.

Solutions & Tech Applied

Request from the city Mayor: HEQ design, renewable energy, and maximum comfort. Photovoltaic production: 46.60 kWh/m²/year, and CO2 emissions: 7 kgeq CO2/(m²/year)
