The goal with this facility was to equip a 2012 RT dental office with a powerful heating and cooling system while controlling the air quality - by inhibiting the maximal bacteria and odours - and the temperature in all rooms. The decision was made to deploy an especially quiet and easy-to-use system with the ability to control the operating status and change the settings remotely.
Challenge
The customer wanted that the solution installed be able to manage the indoor air quality in order to ensure irreproachable hygiene and control odours, including those characteristic of dental offices : eugenol.
Another difficulty was finding a solution which worked solely with 220V single-phase, using low amperage because the customer could not install gas and did not have three-phase current. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
Solutions & Tech Applied
The customer can manage the temperature of the rooms in real time according to the weekly schedules and the use of the rooms, which allows them to manage their energy consumption and maintenance of their systems. Once an anomaly or maintenance warning is reported in the facility, the customer is informed in real time as is the maintainer. The latter can then intervene without even having been notified by the customer, with a reduced intervention time. The nanoe™ X system and the double flow plant ensure quality of air and in particular elimination of microbes and bacteria in this period of Covid health crisis, and this is certified by the TEXCELL laboratory. The customer can perfectly continue to protect their medical data with the remote cloud management system, because the cloud is not connected to their computer network, which makes data hacking impossible as a result.
