Ogrevanje in topla voda: Istočasno ogrevanje in priprava sanitarne tople vode ali ogrevanje.
Rekuperacija toplote: Ponovna uporaba izgubljene toplote zunanje enote za proizvodnjo sanitarne tople vode.
Neprekinjeno ogrevanje: Ogrevanje zraka deluje neprekinjeno celo pri odmrzovanju.
