What do you need to connect to Panasonic Comfort Cloud?
Indoor Unit - Network
Built-in Wi-Fi in certain models or with optional adaptor CZ-TACG1 connected to port CN-CNT.
* Compatibility: check if your AC unit has built-in Wi-Fi adapter. In case your unit doesn’t have built-in Wi-Fi adapter, you need the accessory CZ-TACG1. Check the compatibility in your AC unit operation manual.

How to Connect to Panasonic Comfort Cloud App
There are 4 different connection methods, depending on the version of the Wireless LAN device on your indoor unit. Follow the video which corresponds to your type of device, otherwise you won't be able to do the setting properly.
1. Models with Advanced Built-in Wi-Fi: the indoor unit is a wall type and has a front panel sticker with 2 QR codes OR there is a QR code inside front panel
2. Models with Standard Built-in Wi-Fi: the indoor unit is a wall type has a front panel sticker with 1 QR codes OR there is NO QR code inside front panel
3. Models with optional Wi-Fi adapter CZ-TACG1: the indoor unit is a wall type, and an optional Wi-Fi adapter has been connected to it
4. Models with wired remote controller CZ-RTC6(W)BLW(2) with Wi-Fi
