Offer cannot be combined with any other Aquarea Service+ offer from Panasonic.
The offer is only valid for private persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter "the consumer").
(1): Participation in the Offer
By virtue of this Promotion and to the extent the conditions below are, in Panasonic's opinion, met by the Consumer, the Consumer may choose between a free Aquarea Smart Cloud including installation thereof or a one-year upgrade to a higher subscription level upon purchase of one of the subscriptions mentioned in Section 2.

The offer only applies if the consumer has registered an advance purchase of the subscription on https://www.aircon.panasonic.eu/IE_en/happening/aquarea-service/ in the period between 15.-3. 2021 and up to and including 31.-3. 2021, which is then completed and approved in the shopping cart containing the subscription in question by 20.-4. 2021. The contents of the shopping cart will be sent to the consumer by e-mail in the period between 1.-4. 2021 and 10.-4. 2021.
- If the option, Aquarea Smart Cloud, including installation, is chosen, this will be received within 45 days after the consumer has approved the purchase in the shopping cart and thus has subscribed to his Aquarea Service+ subscription.
- If the option of a one-year subscription upgrade is chosen, this will be activated as soon as the contents of the shopping basket are approved by the consumer when upgrading from Basic to Smart. When upgrading from Smart to Premium, this will be activated as soon as the Aquarea heat pump is approved by Panasonic's Service+ team in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Premium subscription. If the Aquarea heat pump is not approved, the consumer will instead be offered an upgrade from Basic to Smart.
(2): Subscriptions included in the offer
The offer of free Aquarea Smart Cloud including installation only applies when subscribing to the Aquarea Service+, Smart or Premium subscriptions.
The offer of a one-year subscription upgrade applies to the Smart (free upgrade from Basic to Smart) or Premium (free upgrade from Smart to Premium) subscriptions.
To be eligible for an Aquarea Service+ subscription, the consumer must have an Aquarea heat pump installed. To subscribe to the Smart and Premium packages, an Aquarea Smart Cloud must be installed and connected or alternatively ordered by the consumer when subscribing.
(3): What is included in the offer
The offer, which includes the Aquarea Smart Cloud, also includes the CZ-TAW1 including installation for an estimated value of DKK 1,495. (incl. VAT).
The offer, which includes the option of a one-year subscription upgrade, includes a one-year free upgrade of the Aquarea Service+ subscription from Basic to Smart at an estimated value of DKK 640. (incl. VAT) or one year free upgrade of the Aquarea Service+ subscription from Smart to Premium for an estimated value of € 800. (incl. VAT).
(4): Acceptance of the conditions
Registration of the Offer is conditional upon the Consumer, in Panasonic's sole discretion, accepting all terms and conditions in full
(5): Force majeure, termination of the offer and liability
Panasonic shall not be liable if the Offer is modified or cancelled due to force majeure.
Panasonic disclaims any liability in the event of misuse or computer problems of a registered customer or in the event of problems with connection to the Internet at the customer's premises and/or with the Internet itself (interruptions, deletion, problems with data transmission, etc.) leading to deficiencies in relation to administration, security, legislation, integrity or the content of the offer.
Panasonic does not warrant or assume any liability for anything, for whatever reason, relating to technical problems with the website on the Internet and/or the electronic mail system, (for example, problems with the User's Internet connection, temporary failure of any of the servers or viruses), incompatibility between the technical equipment used, together with the Online Offer, and the hardware and/or software used by the Consumer.
Panasonic reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify or withdraw part or all of the Offer if Panasonic deems it necessary. If this happens, Panasonic will give two weeks' notice at https://www.aircon.panasonic.eu/IE_en/happening/aquarea-service/
(6): Personal Information
Panasonic handles all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, (EU2016/679), and other applicable legislation regarding the handling of personal data.

(7): Law and Legal
All terms and conditions and any disputes relating to this promotion and offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Swedish law, whereby any dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court.
