Wolseley and Panasonic Heating & Cooling Announce Enhanced Collaboration to Drive Renewable Heating Solutions
05/08/2024
Wolseley, a leading distributor of plumbing and heating products, and Panasonic Heating & Cooling, a global innovator in heating and cooling solutions, are thrilled to announce an enhanced collaboration aimed at transforming the landscape of renewable heating technologies. This strategic collaboration is set to offer a comprehensive package designed explicitly for installers retrofitting properties with sustainable, energy-efficient systems.
As the demand for renewable heating technologies
continues to grow, Wolseley and Panasonic Heating & Cooling are joining
forces to provide unparalleled support to installers and the commercial sector
in transitioning from traditional gas boilers to advanced, eco-friendly
solutions. This initiative will promote the adoption of hydronics, DX, and
refrigerant solutions; all key technologies in the move towards renewable
energy.
The collaboration will deliver a robust training
programme for installers, equipping them with the necessary skills and
knowledge to effectively implement and maintain these innovative systems. This
comprehensive training will cover everything from initial installation to
commissioning support, ensuring installers are fully prepared to offer top-tier
service. The collaboration will see a national network of training centres
equipped with the latest renewable technologies.
Installers will benefit from expert advice and
tailored solutions designed to meet the specific needs of both residential and
commercial properties. By leveraging the combined expertise of Wolseley and
Panasonic Heating & Cooling, this collaboration promises to enhance the
performance and efficiency of heating systems across the board.
"Together with Panasonic Heating & Cooling,
we are committed to leading the charge in the renewable heating sector to offer
the full solution to our customer base," said John Hancock, Chief
Operating Officer, Wolseley Group.
"This collaboration enables us to provide installers with the training and
resources they need to deliver cutting-edge, energy-efficient solutions to
their customers."
"We are excited to deepen our collaboration
with Wolseley," added Jose Alves, Regional Director for Panasonic Heating
& Cooling UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. "Our combined efforts will
not only support installers but also contribute significantly to reducing
carbon footprints and promoting sustainability in heating solutions from the
diverse range of products we offer to the UK market."
This enhanced collaboration marks a significant step forward in the transition to renewable energy, aligning with global sustainability goals and setting new standards for the heating and cooling industry.
