Panasonic Launches New Remote Control for Aquarea Range
19/06/2014
Panasonic have recently launched a new remote control for the Aquarea range. Its advanced settings improve performance, enhance comfort and deliver maximum savings and is an ideal solution for homeowners looking to save on every day heating and cooling costs.
With Panasonic’s intelligent control system, homeowners can have easy access to their energy consumption data. The Aquarea control displays the energy generated by the properties heat pump system in real time. This clever system makes management of energy output and expenditure easy to regulate, therefore avoiding any nasty surprises on the energy bill each month. The user friendly device splits energy consumption figures into heating, cooling and domestic hot water sections for simple viewing, with a total consumption figure also present.
A new function also introduced for this Aquarea control is full control of the pump speed. With seven speeds available to choose from, helping to ensure maximum energy saving.
“We are pleased to launch this brand new Aquarea remote control,” explains Marc Diaz, UK Country Manager of Panasonic Heating and Cooling. “This new controller has built on the fantastic features in the popular HPM (Heat Pump Manager) and created the ideal control to offer enhanced comfort, energy efficiency and improved performance. Not only is the design more advanced with an enhanced LCD screen, but we are particularly excited by the energy consumption display that can help homeowners save money each year on their heating and cooling bills.”
Panasonic’s new Aquarea control system boasts an improved user interface with LCD display and a multi-functioning button. Not only does the enhanced LCD screen have a clearer to read format, it has increased in screen size, showing mode options on both the left and right hand side of the display monitor.
The newly added holiday button will allow users to easily switch to holiday mode, enabling the system to resume at the preset temperature following an extended period of time.
