Double WIN at National ACR & Heat Pump Awards 2024
28/03/2024
We are delighted to have won two awards at the prestigious National ACR & Heat Pump Awards 2024 in Manchester - the Domestic Air Source Project of the Year and the Air Conditioning Project of the Year. This achievement stands testament to its outstanding portfolio of products and proven projects that showcase their energy efficiency and innovation in the heating and cooling industry. The National ACR & Heat Pump Awards recognises excellence and advances for both industry products and projects.
Panasonic’s merit was two-fold at the awards, as winner of the Domestic Air Source Project for its Bedfordshire-based Dovecote Homes case study in collaboration with Dovecote Homes, Oceanair and Wakeman Heating & Renewables. The project is an exceptional example of cutting-edge technology using the energy efficient Panasonic 12 kW Aquarea Monobloc air-to-water heat pump, earning the bespoke home an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A rating – the highest status in energy efficiency.
The awards also announced Panasonic as winner of the Air Conditioning Project category for its installs at Riverdale Healthcare by installers Sub Zero, which saw the installation of Panasonic’s Etherea air conditioning units with nanoe™ X technology, in 27 of its dental practices around the Yorkshire and North-East area to help inhibit and mitigate the growth of viruses and provide a cleaner environment for both patients and staff.
