do you started in the HVACR industry?
It was
brand new for me. To gain a better understanding of the HVACR, I spent a week
on site with a customer.
What are some common misconceptions about working

I think the most common is that HVAC industry would
only be for men. After many years, I can say this is changing afortunately.

are essential for success in HVACR?

What advice would you give to
young women considering a career in HVACR?

How can we support and encourage more women to join the HVACR industry?
Early promotion: Schools and educational
institutions should offer programs that get girls interested in technical
professions. Workshops and projects that offer practical experience can spark
interest.
What role do you see
sustainability playing in the future of HVACR?
Sustainability will play a central role in (HVAC) technology.
How has the industry changed since
you started, and what future changes do you anticipate?
Technological
innovations: intelligent thermostats and IoT-enabled devices; Sustainable
materials; Consumer awareness: environmentally friendly HVAC solutions.
Overall,
focusing on sustainability will not only make the HVAC sector more
environmentally friendly, but also more innovative and competitive.
Regulations and standards will play a pivotal role because governments around the world are enforcing increasingly stringent environmental regulations and energy efficiency standards.
