You don’t have experience in the HVAC industry yet but find the possibilities exciting? We have many positions that you can join without prior experience in the industry, or you can join one of our reskilling programs. We will teach you everything you need to know.
The most important thing for us is that your personality and your values match ours – everything else can be learned if you are motivated and willing to develop.
If you are looking for a position in the technical or sales departments, we will provide technical product trainings and certifications to you as needed. Please mind that if you do not have an education within the heating & cooling area, this training phase will take around 6-12 months to teach you what you need to know.
